Default Dividends Stock SGX

hi guys, anyone here doing dividend portfolios?

Buying stocks that provides regular dividends, and adopting on a invest-and-hold strategy?

Me adopting this for my Singapore portfolio and was wondering any experienced stock investors here

he is a damn good role model, with his thrifty ways and his reinvesting dividends on stocks.
unfortunately, he has not been updating his portfolio since april...

well im trying hard to be like him, but only familiar with USA market. SGX market still figuring out dividends..

interesting spin.
although there are many stocks that do not fall as much after ex-dividend dates.
so i guess must aim for these good stocks with solid financial numbers.

Inspiring stories from those who got in early.
For those aspiring the same inspiration, will it yield to the same results using similar mythology? Where are the voices of those who had not succeeded?

This is not a mythology, it's an actual real person's financial experience. Or you meant methodology? I believe the focus here should be on financial freedom. One has to start somewhere to plan for financial freedom regardless early or late. Many start blogging as a way to account to themselves. Those that did not succeed probably also will not have the discipline to do likewise. But I am sure we can see or hear their stories easily from the ppl around us.

For those willing to hold out, REITs are what I've been investing in, now seems a good time to get in for Suntec REIT, another would be Ascott after their acquisition of various properties.
