One year $99 for extra small box.

Personally if I am the buyer I will reject a spotted PF70 as the seller has no way to prove that the coin is spotted before or after graded (even NGC does not guarantee that). If buyer send for regrading very likely won't come back as PF70 unless NCS can restore the coin.

I buy insurance which cover 240K and electrical fee ard 50SGD per year fir the temperature control electronic dry box. It more cheaper with higher capacity and access 24 X 7.

I opt my own way. Insurance coverage very important for me.

2 options....

1st option is home content which inclusive of jewl, PM and collectible. This is very exp and costly.

2nd option buy fire insurance with theft and home content which cover jewl, PM, collectible inclusive of your renovation and moveable item. It is economical and cheap. BUT there is a catch which the insurance only cover one item of PM up to XXXX value. If the item exceed the value they only give you one item XXXX. My coverage per item is less than 10K if the items is 15K I loss 5K if get theft.

This is very informative. I knew about the option of home content insurance which will cover precious metals, jewels and art etc but however I have heard it is really expensive.

Can you explain in detail about the second option. Does the policy only cover 1 item? Like 1 gold coin? Sorry if I am getting this wrong.

Read about OCBC Homewise insurance... Fire insurance plus coverage for theft. Insured value not more than $2k per item. Pretty good offer at $100 per annum.
