I am more worried about the Ebola outbreak than the unrest in Israel and Middle East... Pandemics can spread very fast and it is very difficult to manage and contain.. Furthermore this Ebola is v contagious and high mortality rate.. Very worrying

Worrying while the pandemic has not started to show evidence base signs of spreading is unfounded.
But precautions and preventive measures are always helpful to be in place prior to the latent potential of the pandemic.

yeah. assuming 100% vigilance.

All it needs is 1 joker to be infected and refuse to go to the hospital for treatment.

Worrying offers no solution. On a personal level of precaution, at least have your preps and stocks up and ready in case of island-wide quarantines and curfews.

Infected patients in Africa are running away from the hospitals. and worst of all there is no security to stop them.

IMO the whole of Africa should be quarantined and all travel to and from that continent should be banned till it blows over.

Shutdown started in Sierra Leone. 3 days. This will escalate if their authorities are unable to provide supplies and clear up the dead. Let's hope for the people that they do not extend the shutdown, or implement longer quarantines. People will naturally emerge to source for necessities within a few days, likely at night defying authorities. Violence will probably break out after a week.
