Default question on SG UOB gold bullion

Hi ,

I'm new and need help, What type of gold bullion did SG UOB sell? What is the selling price for UOB gold bullion , follow the spot price + GST?

If later selling back to them at what rate? did they accept bullion not brought from them?

The place selling bullion at UOB HQ?

Thanks

Here's the link http://www.uob.com.sg/personal/inves...us_metals.html

Under rates and fees, you'll find gold and silver prices. The buy and sell rates which you are looking for are published. If the transaction involves paper gold/silver, no gst is payable. If the transaction involves physical gold, GST of 7pct is payable. There are provisions for conversion of gold accounts into physical gold bars once the volume accumulated exceeds 1000g by paying the prevailing price x gst.

The office is at UOB Plaza easily accessible through the Raffles Places MRT.

they do not buy outside gold from you. they will only buy gold you bought from them with an accompanying receipt. no receipt = no trade.

Depends on your definition of big loss, gold's sell back price is always lesser then the price you purchase at, some of the premium you paid is always lost, unless you acquire your gold directly from a mint and sell it on ebay or something.
