Ahead of the Herd McWatters Mines acquired two major assets in the Val-d’Or/Malartic area from Placer Dome - the Sigma Mine and the Kiena Mine Complex. In 2004 McWatters went bankrupt - all their land became open for acquisition. Osisko Mining purchased the Canadian Malartic Project, Wesdome Gold Mines purchased the Kiena Mine Complex, and NioGold Mining Corp. TSX.V – NOX purchased (for $10,000 and right in the heart of the Val-d’Or/Malartic mining camp), three large claim blocks that were relatively underexplored compared to the rest of the area. Then, in early 2006, NioGold signed a deal with Aur Resources to acquire the other 50% interest in Marban it did not already own, and 100% interest in two other properties (First Canadian and Norlartic). Between these three properties (which include three past producing mines) there was 585,000 ounces of past gold production and a lot of upside according to NOX’s due diligence. http://aheadoftheherd.com/Newsletter...old-Mining.htm

Ahead of the Herd Gold’s price has risen because of the abuse and mismanagement of our monetary and currency systems - throughout history, gold has always shone the brightest when trust breaks down, confidence falls and fear climbs. Central banks money printing is out of control - gold’s price will continue, has to continue, too rise in value against all depreciating paper currencies. http://aheadoftheherd.com/Newsletter...-of-Kings.html

Ahead of the Herd Sernova is now a clinical stage company involved in human clinical trials which require much more scrutiny and regulatory control by the University and Health Canada and of course a lot more documentation by the company. Unfortunately there are some investors who are selling off the stock thinking that nothing is happening within the company – nothing could be further from the truth. http://aheadoftheherd.com/Advertisin...VA-Update.html

AheadoftheHerd.com Terraco has just released the final assays from its 30 hole 2012 Almaden drill program. All but a few were drilled from surface to 100 meters (300ft). The purpose was to get a better representation of grade – 500 of the 887 historical holes drilled at Almaden were Reverse Air Circulation (RAB) and most of the rest were Reverse Circulation (RC) holes. It was thought core drilling would provide a better representation of grade. It seems the plan was successful, recovery was better over longer widths, 20-40 percent better. With such a substantial improvement in grade the resource should grow. http://aheadoftheherd.com/Newsletter...%80%93TEN.html

AheadoftheHerd.com This update is in regards to North American Nickel’s first target results, they have 75 targets… Pyrrhotite is a common constituent of mafic igneous rocks, especially norites. Pyrrhotite is associated with pentlandite, chalcopyrite and other sulfides. It is mined (Bushveld South Africa, Voiseys Bay Canada, the Duluth gabbro, North America) primarily because it is associated with pentlandite, an iron nickel sulfide mineral that can contain significant amounts of nickel and cobalt. Early results confirm NAN is in the right rock type – Norite, and we have mineralization present – long intercepts of sulphides from close to surface down to over 50 meters deep. These are the exact elements you want to see in an early drill program! http://aheadoftheherd.com/Newsletter...%80%93NAN.html
