Default Singapore's currency supply has tripled since 2008

I got this off a GoldSilver.com insiders video.

Mike Maloney's finger is pointed at Singapore's currency supply in 2008.
Since it's Mike Maloney, I assume it's M2 plus outstanding revolving credit.

It's not quite accurate to use the term 'currency' if we are talking about credit.

In any case, here's the money supply data from the MAS:
